Almost all the chairs were in poor condition with many of them having poor previous repairs, including screws running through the backrests.
All the chairs were disassembled, rebuilt & refinished with satin lacquer
The screws on the backrests were removed and replaced with wood dowels that have been touched.
One chair had a poorly done wood graft on a cracked back leg, which has been redone with a solid piece of rosewood and beech dowels (left as a visible repair)
All the old vinyl covered seats have been redone with new black fabric upholstery
Some chairs have more repairs than others but all of them read well as a set.
All the repairs and any remaining damage from past repairs can be shown upon viewing
