Cleaned this completely right down to the welds, ready to go, have a new OEM regulator included and a new igniter which takes a AA battery as did original and OEM electrode, pictures taken while dismantled and cleaned. A separate propane regulator with long hose and quick connect end for a larger propane tank also available separately for $80.
