At least 300 feet of bulk telephone cable. This is the old school grey telephone wire you may remember plugging into your phone to connect to the hard wired landline of the telephone company. Relive the 1990's and get your custom install happening for your phone, fax machine and dial up modem! Also useful for hard wiring some security systems. AWM 20251 - Four conductor (four strand) Silver Satin Telephone Wire. This cable is exquisitely suited for voice and low-speed data applications. For an example of data applications, as mentioned earlier, some security hardware connects with this cable. The flat oval design enables fast stripping and crimping of RJ11 or RJ12 modular plugs. AWM 20251 wire is an EXCELLENT solution for voice and low-speed data applications such as data transfer, phone connections, and some serial connections. The flat compact design works well for applications where space is narrow. For field installations, this cable can be terminated with RJ11 or RJ12 modular plugs using a standard modular crimping tool. There is at least 300 feet of AWM 20251 telephone cable plus other legacy odds and sods to discover and enjoy (odds and sods as per pictures). The cable appears un cut. And though it is a dogs breakfast, there are no damaging kinks due to knots and such. Sorry for the mess. I bought the cable used NOS and that was the condition it was presented to me as. I used three hundred feet and had no problems. Many years later all my kit is working fine after installing with this batch of cable. I will admit it was a headache of carefully untangling the rats nest of foobar. Kind of like a bad day of fishing as a little kid. Lol. This is why this cable is priced so low. This cable is unterminated (no connectors). This cable appears as new. It is not a salvage so far as I can tell. I have no idea how the cable got so disheveled. The cardboard reel looked like it had been through the wars bouncing around in the back of a work truck, and I think the wire fell of the spool and devolved into some minor chaos.
