The TSW ("Titanium Solid Wood" series) first came out in 1987. These are 2nd from TTOL only the TSW-910 would be higher. I have owned these and used daily for the last 20 years connected to my MC-2300 / C-28 combination. These speakers were used to audition the McIntosh for its sale very recently and now disconnected and are no longer in use.
They performed very well over that time, seldom pushed very hard as there were in a small area.
2 large front drivers had surrounds replaced at Vancouver speaker clinic about 11 years ago, the rear drivers had drivers replaced about a year before that (local guy actually got one of the surrounds on back to front - never noticed any difference in sound)

Cloth has seen better days but these are also over 35 years old
Speakers are constructed of 1" solid hardwood and very heavy, about 100 lbs. each
