Toolbox and Tools refurbishing

My husband received this toolbox of his Grandfather’s and it’s extremely run down. I have no idea what’s salvageable but I’m looking for someone who can clean and refurbish the box and anything possible inside. This has a ton of sentimental value - please don’t contact unless you are very capable.
Please also let me know an approximate cost.
