1968, 4 door ford Thunderbird with 429 Thunder jet. Restoration about 8o% Completed. Was stripped down, all bad metal replaced, remanufactured, or repaired. Entire body Sealed with a protective polymer. New paint matched to original color code (but nicer quality) , new carpet, trunk liner, power window motors, fuel tank, heater blower, door handles, refurbished hood hinges, updated wheels new vinyl roof, and more....
Have all receipts and descriptions of work done. All work done by Bonneville hotrod.
What still needs to be done, to the best of my knowledge.
It's been sitting for a while so the engine and trans should be checked before cranking it.
It was running and I was driving it when I dropped it off with the restoration company.
New gas tank was installed, unsure if it has fuel in it... Likely not
Interior door panels need to be installed
Need weather stripping on the doors (hard to find)
Trunk carpet kit needs to be installed
Rear bumper needs to be refinished and installed (I have 2 I will include)
Roof liner upholstery needs to be glued or replaced.
Rear view mirror needs to be affixed to windshield
Left sun visor needs to be installed
Front side marker lights need to be installed
Misc trim needs to be installed
The trunk and inside are full of the misc parts and many spare parts from a donor car.
I have a spare windshield and a few spare side windows at my place I will include as well.
Unknown if all the electrical and vacuum lines were hooked back up or completed, but everything should be with the vehicle
Have spent more than I'm asking for, but I'm open to reasonable offers. Hoping someone sees the value in what's offered and can get this baby done and winning shows.
