We are a rapidly growing organization, and last year completed over 250 high quality projects across the lower mainland. We want to expand further next year, so we need a superstar to take control with organizing incoming and upcoming projects with a focus on materials preparation and logistics, while ensuring that all details of the project are 100% complete.
This is for you if:
You have significant hands on construction experience and class yourself as a skilled project manager.
You can follow systems, plan ahead and manage your schedule to achieve the needs of the production side of the business.
You understand the need for tradespeople to have all of the material, equipment and resources that they need to get the job done right from the start.
You are happy to put the final details in place on a project, along with tweaks and adjustments for warranty issues on projects that are already completed.
You are ambitious and have the drive to learn and grow into a production manager role as both you and the company grow.
You will be:
Managing projects from start to finish. Organizing and scheduling subcontractors, materials and customers.
Ordering, picking up and delivering materials to jobsites and the workshop.
Following systems to order and deliver materials and equipment to jobsites and the workshop.
Mentoring and developing junior staff in the workshop and in the field to prepare and complete scheduled tasks.
Checking on projects and clients that are having projects built, ensuring the teams have everything they need to get the job done right.
Ensuring that projects are 100% clean, complete and ready for payment
Inspecting and where possible repairing existing projects that have a warranty issue.
Scheduling, organizing and building our tradeshow booth at locations over the lower mainland throughout the year.
