Your responsibility is to educate our established customer base. We provide union members with improvements to their benefit programs. Most union workers have great benefits through their work place. However, when they quit, change jobs, or retire, typically all or a bulk of the benefits are gone. The job of the unions is to protect their employees, so they've negotiated with our company to provide benefits that not only fill in any gaps, but also last their entire lives.
Your job is to set appointments with each family that have requested to see the benefits that their respective unions have negotiated for them.
