Very cute fancy vintage mirror. You could probably restore it or spray paint it. Its heavy for its size. I dont know what metals its made of. The handle is silvery and in good condition. The back of the mirror is something like copper or brass and has lost its plating. I have not attempted to restore it because i dont know how to do it properly and dont want to damage it.
