Our residential construction firm located on Burke Mountain in Coquitlam is looking to hire a bookkeeper.
This position is part-time (approximated 2 days/week) in our office. We offer some flexibility in days/hours worked.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Experience in performing full-cycle bookkeeping, including payroll, T4's and T5018's.
Experienced and proficient in the following software: Quickbooks, MS Word, and Excel.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
A basic understanding of the workings of residential construction business transactions.
Full cycle bookkeeping, taxes reports, government reports (GST, WCB, T4's, T5018's) and payroll.
Preparation for year-end accounting statements for various companies.
Experience in the residential construction industry would be preferred.
