My Mom's Panasonic SA PM 25 Mini Stereo is no longer working. The Red Power light is on but it will not power up. The display reads F61 Error. On line this seems to indicate "Internal Protection Circuit Fault". Am looking for a Private Tech who can help with this problem and who does not charge an arm and a leg. Thanks
