We are looking for skilled landscapers who take pride in their work and are capable of completing jobs independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.
This role is best suited for experienced subcontractors who already own their own truck and professional landscaping equipment.
Strong performers may also have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
• Yard maintenance and property upkeep
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Lawn care and seasonal cleanups
• Softscaping (planting, soil work, mulch, garden installs)
• Hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, pathways, stone work)
• Small landscape renovations and property upgrades
• Purchasing and transporting materials when required
• Communicating professionally with customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years landscaping experience
• Must own truck and landscaping equipment
• Ability to complete jobs independently
• Experience with both maintenance and installation work
• Reliable and professional
Compensation:
This position operates on a project-based subcontract structure where compensation is determined as a percentage of each completed job depending on scope and experience.
Reliable subcontractors can expect consistent opportunities throughout the season.
Hiring Process:
Selected applicants will go through a short online video interview to review experience and discuss potential projects.
During the interview, applicants will also be shown a backyard landscape photo and asked how they would transform the space into a high-quality finished landscape.
