My one bedroom suite is empty on March 22 and I was hoping to do a non consecutive house swap with its vacancy.
I would like to take my 2 daughters somewhere this summer for not more than 2 weeks.

Or it is available for rent as well ranging from $135- $195 per night.

My place:
Max 2 people, no smoking and no pets.
It also frees up for a week in January
Here is the description....

The space
Walk to everything! Leave your car at home and never use it!
The suite is a beautiful and clean 750 sq. foot area filled with natural light and lots of charm. On the lower level of a 1926 character home, it is clean and decorated in calm and neutral colours with a subtle seaside theme. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower, and the bedroom has a queen bed. The new 50" smart TV has Netflix and the kitchen is fully stocked. I like nice dishes and stemware and so the suite does too. They are all brand new. The kitchen has just had a renovation with white quartz counters and a sea glass like backsplash. I think turned out well. The suite is accessed through a private entrance and all windows have blinds or curtains for a cozy nest-like feeling in the evenings.

The home is surrounded by a gorgeous garden. A lawn-care company takes care of the grass, but if you like to garden, you are welcome to dig around or simply sit and read your book in the lawn chairs in the yard. There is a trampoline and swing set that rarely get used by us so you are more than welcome to if you are travelling with a child.

One block to Marine Drive bus route and the Ambleside shopping district. Two blocks to the beach, sea walk, library, rec centre with pool and ice arena, and seniors' centre. Walk 20 minutes to the Village at Park Royal (world class shopping) along the Spirit Trail. Three blocks to the Express bus to Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. 15 minute drive to downtown Vancouver (our location is north of Lions Gate Bridge). You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shops, or drive to just about any popular venue in 15 minutes. Mountain biking, golf, tennis, soccer, spas, all within minutes walk or drive. The Sea to Sky highway is just up the hill and a quick 1 1/4 hour drive north finds you in Whistler. (a must do)

Guest access

I have a table and chairs set up outside in the garden for your use. Have a glass of wine at night or a cup of coffee in the morning. Play croquet on the front lawn or pack your picnic basket, blanket, and beach chairs and head to the beach. It is all there for you to enjoy.

I would love to help you in any way I can with suggestions, directions, or recommendations. If you need anything for your stay, don't hesitate to ask. I am new to this and want the space to have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I respect your privacy so will leave the interaction up to you.

Neighbourhood overview
The neighborhood has been nicknamed the Memorial Park enclave by our neighbors. It is one block of houses on a quiet tree lined street with only local traffic. We all know one another and it is a very friendly place. Ambleside is special because it is so close to the beaches, ocean, shops, and parks. It is a prestigious upscale family-friendly neighborhood where are people say hello and you feel safe. Real estate is at a premium here because of the accessibility to the mountains and the ocean.
Getting around
It is very easy to get around to just about anywhere you want to go from this suite. Public transit is one block away and that can take you almost anywhere. The Canada Line from the airport and a short bus ride brings you virtually to our doorstep or back. The highway is a four minute drive up the hill. Parking is in the driveway directly in front of the suite entrance.
