An additional sleeping place is available in the living room, a sofa bed (queen size). The kitchenette has all essentials to cook: 30L (tray 14x12 inch) multifunctional kitchen oven with a dual hot plates cook top, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a slow cooker and a sink. One full bathroom has a shower with a bathtub (length 56 inch, width 27 inch, depth 14 inch). A double sink full bathroom has a shower cabin. The backyard has a picnic area and a gas barbeque (two or three burners). Parking is on a drive way in front of the home (maximum 3 cars).
