This rig is an oldie but a goldie. My partner and I have enjoyed being able to live in it for four years, and have decided that we’d like to finally move on from what’s been a rewarding lifestyle. She’s an Itasca Winnebago Class C, which means your home and vehicle are one in the same. We bought this RV from a dealership on Vancouver Island who sold it to us for $8000.00
☆ Our asking price is $4000.00 OBO
General Layout:
The kitchen is the first room you step into upon entry of the motorhome, then the living room which comes complete with a couch and dinette booth. The loft bed sits above the cab and fits a queen mattress. The washroom inside is a separate room with its own door at the back of the rig, complete with small shower, closet, toilet, and sink. Considerable storage space can be found throughout.
The motorhome is equipped with a propane fueled furnace which heats the place up super fast in the winter. It also has a propane fueled stovetop and oven which are both fully functional. There is a grey water tank and black water tank, the grey water tank gets gradually filled through the use of the shower and sinks.
Highlights:
In 2022 we re-did the booth upholstery.
In 2022 and onward we also repainted a majority of the inside (goodbye dated faux wood).
The ceiling vent has been re-sealed as of Fall, 2022.
No known leaks as of Spring, 2025.
Current Batteries are in good working condition.
The current mileage is ~160,000km.
Smoke-free environment, and also pet-free.
Built-in Generator
If the buyer is interested, our current landlady is open to the idea of allowing the motorhome to remain where it is currently parked on her property with the new owner resuming rent payments. This is however up to the decision of our landlady after first meeting the new owner. This isn’t a guaranteed pad rental, but it could be in the cards if you’re the right person/couple.
Included in the Sale:
Queen mattress (optional)
Small electric fridge
Two mobile tanks for easy unloading of grey and black water (optional).
Air purifier
Lowlights:
The power steering needs a new part installed. Thankfully we have what we think is the required part.
A functioning horn will also need to be installed if you intend on driving a long distance.
The waterline in the washroom may need a small patch to aid a small leak due to low winter temperatures. (This is likely a quick fix, just something we haven’t gotten to).
This rig offers a unique sense of freedom, as well as the option of staying put in one place should you like to do so. The options here are flexible for whatever suits your goals. We found it was an affordable way for us to live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast without breaking the bank every month on rent. If you’re struggling to find housing then this may be what you’ve been waiting for. Or hey, maybe you’d just like to go on a new adventure, sky’s the limit!
If you’re interested or have any questions for us, please contact via email at the link listed above. IF you're hoping to keep the RV where it is and assume the pad rent, please include some information about yourself that we can pass on to our landlady. Thanks!
