ROLE SUMMARY
Short-term, in-person residential move project management and executive administrative support for an upcoming move within Langley. This role focuses on planning, sequencing, contractor coordination, and on-site leadership through completion. You will work directly with the homeowners and take day-to-day ownership of follow-through.

• Start: Immediate
• End: March
• Total commitment: Approximately 30–40 hours total across the contract
• Work pattern:
• Light planning and admin hours at the beginning
• Increased hours during painting, flooring, and moving days
• On-site presence required for key install and move days

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain a master task list and move timeline
• Coordinate packing, storage, movers, and access
• Source, schedule, and coordinate painters and flooring installers
• Obtain and organize quotes and timelines
• Coordinate with realtor regarding possession timing and access
• Book appointments with lawyer/notary (Power of Attorney) and banking
• Track documents, follow-ups, and next steps
• Be on-site during installation and moving days
• Coordinate post-move cleaning, tenancy handoff, and deposit return
