Final and firm price.
Professionally hand built in North Vancouver by luthier Sean Mara in 2024.
Here is a link with more on the story, the builder and the history. It's the reverb link for the same guitar before it was refinished and all the modifications have been added. The neck is now a medium C rather than a chunkier profile and the crackle finish has been reached by a satin nitro finish:

This guitar has Gotoh tuners, a brass bridge, Dimarzio Air Zone in the bridge and Air Classic in the neck, also wired with coil split and a separate treble and bass control for a ton of tonal options (the treble dial is a reverse / left handed pot. This works really well as you can adjust both the bass contour and treble at the same time. It's an easy switch if you don't like it. Item is hand built, which is showing in some details like the fit of the cavity cover and there is a small imperfection from drilling under the washer by the toggle switch. It's a 9 / 10 aesthetically and the setup and playability are great.
Nicely contoured body and very balanced. Only weighs 6 lbs and 10 oz. Neck through construction, mahogany body, mahogany and flame Maple neck, wooden flame Maple position inlays.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I am open to trades for another lightweight electric guitar. Trade value should be closer to 1100. 900 is my final cash price. I like Godin and Reverend guitars, also interested in a 12-fret solid wood acoustic, a Seagull Artist Series or another trade that offers a decent value.
