Key Responsibilities:

Planning: Develop individualized study plans and adapt materials to student needs.
Support: Create a positive environment, motivate students, and guide them on resources.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure and scoring.
Excellent English communication skills.
Patience, organization, and commitment to student success.
Experience teaching English or IELTS (often a Bachelor's in English/Linguistics/Education).
