Located in North Vancouver, our client, a high-end boutique Corporate Commercial firm, is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Records Clerk to add to their team. Not only can this firm offer interesting work, and all the perks of a large organization, but they can also offer career advancement and progression. They pride themselves on developing, and enhancing a great workplace culture.

The successful applicant must have a minimum 2 years’ administrative experience and have strong technical capabilities. Applicants with legal experience or LAA certificates are preferred. Experience with ALF is considered a strong asset.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain corporate record books for multiple companies
• Prepare and file annual reports
• Perform BC Online searches and filings
• Maintain ALF database
• Prepare simple incorporation documents

The chosen candidate will have excellent administrative, organizational and verbal communication skills.
