We are a well-established and growing drainage company that has been proudly serving our community since 1987. With a dedicated shop location and a steady workload, we are busy year-round and looking to add the right person to our team.
We are seeking someone with construction industry experience who is motivated to grow into a Foreman position. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for advancement within our company. The Foreman position will work alongside our leadership team to learn project management, crew supervision, and jobsite coordination while actively participating in fieldwork.
This role is idea for someone with a strong work ethic, leadership potential and a long-term mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in construction (required)
• Knowledge of drainage, excavation, and/or hardscaping (strong asset)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Professional and well-spoken — able to communicate clearly with homeowners on job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
