We are a well-established family-owned doggy daycare in North Vancouver that is now looking to expand our services. We are opening a dog grooming salon and are looking for an experienced pet stylist with a strong background in hand-scissoring and breed specific styles/cuts, who has plenty of knowledge on dog health needs along with strong customer service skills. Must have some knowledge about dog behavior and the rest we can teach you! We have a very nice work environment with great clients who are eager for our grooming to officially open.

You will have access to our clientele as well as your own, and we will focus on working on the dog’s behavior so that both you and the dogs have an enjoyable, low-stress time.

Duties include:
-Greeting and consulting with clients and their furry friends.
-Grooming duties such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, bathing, brushing, de-matting, drying, cutting and styling of the dog’s fur.
-Maintaining grooming records and a history of owner’s preferences, and dog's health needs.
-Maintaining salon cleanliness.

Competitive salary will be based on experience.
We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 6:30am-7pm.
We have tools, shampoos, tables, and dryers ready for you to use!
