-brand new Radiator and antifreeze
-brand new coolant flange thermostat housing
-brand new heater core, hoses and antifreeze flush
-brand new front control arm bushings and sway bar links
-brand new MAF sensor
-brand new pcv valve and grommet
-brand new left steering rack boot
-brand new oxygen sensor
-multiple new vacuum hoses replaced

-brand new valve cover gasket, intake manifold gasket

-interior in excellent condition, almost in showroom shape
-only 2nd owner; 1st owner had car from original dealership purchase
-all receipts/invoices available from day one
-extra set of keys; 2 remotes (one not currently working, needs repair)
-title clean; Carfax report done few years ago
-keyless entry security remote system
-Alpine CD faceplate deck with special connection thru glove compartment for Ipod, etc.
-all manuals, decals; comes with original sales VHS tape and manual pouch
-no water ingress at all in trunk
-passenger door bottom half under trim paint can use a refinishing as some surface bubbles and was refinished once already, and driver's front wheelwell some minor bubbling in localized 2-3" inner part; otherwise no evident rust elsewhere seen.
-good majority of suspension has been redone ie. struts. Will eventually need axle bushings in rear. Motor mounts seem fine.
-all original stock, no modifications done
- couple of plastic interior mouldings need to be put back on ie. rear ashtray cover, passenger seat windup wheel..
- couple of minor bumper fender benders re-painted bumpers (were not cracked or damaged- low or from stand-still impact)
-original rare MK3 Driver's edition red-stripe seats- hard to find nowadays (minor rip under left leg of driver seat which has been patched up) otherwise the rest are in pristine condition
-great on the highway; fun car to drive. Powerful little beast and made to really go on highway! Torque really kicks in over 100km/hr, for an original stock vw. Reasonable offers!
Currently parked in parkade. May need a battery not sure right now. Fuel mixture may be a bit rich too but can be easily tuned up.
