Always wanted to try kickboxing but you’re a bit nervous? Don’t want to be thrown in over your head or paired up with a sweaty 200 lb guy? This is the class for you!
I offer a women’s only fitness kickboxing class. Classes are one hour long, all are a different challenging workout (you can always modify to suit your fitness level) and so much fun!
All abilities and fitness levels welcome – I work directly with all new participants to teach you everything you need to know, and all equipment is included.
If you want to laugh and sweat, this is the class for you!
2020 Spring sessions begin:
March 4th to April 22, Wednesday 7:00 pm
8 weeks $120.00
March 7 to April 25, Sat at 10:00 am
6 weeks for $90.00 (no class March 14 or April 11th)
All classes at the Jaycee House.
