This is an ultra-elegant pedestal table, or display table, or Gueridon. English c 1820.

It is 29" high. The top is 1" of French Oak, 19 5/8" across.
It is raised 1/4" above a slightly sloping and ornate 1" brass surround.

Below is an ornate wooden base--I'm not sure what the wood is; it is gilded.
There are 3 sloping 11" legs carved with a swirl design.

This table was restored about 20 years ago, as in French polished. It needed little work and remains in mint condition.

It's very light; I can meet you with it.
