Futures Trader Seeking Local Prop Firm Internship/Apprenticeship (Vancouver/Burnaby)

Hello Vancouver/Burnaby trading community,
I'm an aspiring futures day trader seeking a prop firm internship/apprenticeship. I focus on intraday scalping NQ on the 1-minute timeframe using NinjaTrader. I started this year and passed two 50k Topstep Trading Combine challenges. However, I have no payouts yet, and one account is $500 from MLL.
What I'm looking for:
Prop firm, trading desk, or mentor in Vancouver or Burnaby offering an internship-style program with hands-on training (not eval challenges).
Willing to pay reasonable tuition/fees for quality coaching, capital access, and risk management guidance.
