We are hiring a Live-In Building Maintenance / Handyman to support several residential buildings located in New Westminster and Vancouver. This position is primarily maintenance (not a caretaker role). No showing suites, no collecting rent, and no taking instructions directly from tenants.

MAIN DUTIES
General building maintenance and handyman tasks
Minor plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall patching
Regular inspections of buildings and common areas
Meet vendors, contractors, and service techs
Exterior upkeep and cleanliness of common areas
Respond to urgent issues when needed
Use a simple app to receive and complete work orders
All tenant issues go through our Rental Advisor (no direct tenant instructions)
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in maintenance/handyman work
Ability to troubleshoot basic repairs
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet (can be taught)
Valid driver’s license
Must live onsite in provided unit
