We arranged to meet via text. We even spoke on the phone and he repeated his asking price. I agreed.
I texted him the night before to confirm the meet and again in the morning when I left to meet him. All good and he showed up.
The helmet is not "like new" as he said but it's OK.
I hand him his asking price as we agreed and he suddenly tells me that's not enough; he wants more and won't sell the helmet for his asking price. Even if I'd been OK with this BS, I didn't have more cash on me because I brought the agreed amount.
