We are currently expanding our support team and are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist with a proven track record in comprehensive troubleshooting and great interpersonal communication. The ideal candidate will provide technical support across both physical and virtual environments.
Key Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in on-site and remote desktop, server and hardware support for Windows/Mac ecosystems and network infrastructure (Internet/Wi-Fi connectivity).
Cloud Expertise: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, and Google Workspace (Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Mobile Availability: Must possess a valid BC driver’s license, have access to own vehicle, and maintain availability during standard business hours.
Employment Terms:
This is an initial contract engagement for an on-call, on-demand caseload, with the potential for transition into a permanent part-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
