The computer has been reset and I stopped at the step where you create your free account with Microsoft. I did also a screenshot of the specifications before the reseting. It was in French but I reset it in English. While the screenshot speaks for itself and is easy to understand, I cut and paste below what I found online for this particular model.
Main usage was for photography, Internet browsing and writing. No problem whatsoever for daily tasks, including management and displacement of huge multi-gigs folders. Plenty of USB ports 2.0 and 3.0 for external hard drives and so on.
