Complete full body Power Tec system also an independent Power Tec lat pull down and squat rack. Included is a Roman chair for abs and dips. I have 3 Olympic bars as well as Olympic 100 pound plates for power lifters. Over 1500 lbs in plates both rubber and iron all range and sizes as well as multiple sets of dumbells ranging from 30lbs to 80lbs.
