The sticker says women size 7US /39.5EU, men's 6/38.5.

I am W us7.5/Eu 38, so they were ok/tight on while walking, but after a few runs I figured they are too tight for me. So I would say they are true US size 7, not sure how they can be EU 39.5...

The boots weren't worn much, mostly stored for a long time by previous owner. Worn couple times by me, so they are in pretty good shape except the dark blue paint started chipping off after my runs. Other parts and paints in good shape, no leaks, pretty sturdy. Good starting boots..
