A space in a shared room (Burnaby Holdom). Couple of options in this house:
Our home is located in Burnaby Holdom close to Holdom skytrain and Brentwood mall. Laundry at home. Big garden to enjoy the nice weather. If you study online or if you work remotely we have study and work stations at home. Access to Holdom skytrain, buses 133, 134, 136, R5, night buses N9 and N35.
Room 1: This is a semi-private room. Basically it is a big room so I divided the room with dividers so each person has own room and you don't see the other person. Both spaces are big but only one is available here. Rent is $700 includes utilities. Deposit is $350.
Room 2: A space in a shared room. The room is furnished and shared with one person. Rent is $600 includes utilities. Deposit is $300.
We are one station away and a short bus ride from BCIT Burnaby campus. 3 stations away from production station where you take the bus to go to SFU Burnaby Campus. 30 minutes from downtown and 30 minutew from Douglas college.
