We are looking for a roomate who is quiet, clean, responsible person who is respectful of the other roomates and their personal spaces to live together in a shared household and to share in the cleaning/ upkeep of the home (sweeping, cleaning washrooms, cleanup after themselves in the shared spaces.
No drugs, parties, no smoking / vaping indoors.
We would require to sign at least a 3 month lease.
Close to bus/ skytrain (2 minutes walk to the bus station and 8 min walk to skytrain).
