Incoming and Outgoing call management
Enter orders into the system with accuracy in a timely fashion
Track and reconcile inventory daily
Coordinating with Canada customs for import documentation
Interacting with sales brokers and trading partners
Carries other duties related as assigned
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Office admin Certificate and or Customer Service experience is an asset
Minimum 2 plus years of Office Admin experience
Good Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Friendly, willingness to learn and ability to be flexible
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with other departments
Should possess a great attitude and have exceptional organizational skills
