We are hiring Window Installation Helpers for part-time residential projects across the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Richmond, Langley). No experience needed—we provide full training. Pay is $20+/hr based on reliability, experience, attitude, and skill growth. Work is steady Monday–Saturday with bi-weekly pay, a positive team environment, and opportunities to advance to Installer and Crew Lead while learning a high-demand trade. Work includes assisting installers, prepping window openings, and organizing windows on the job site.

Requirements:
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically capable
• Willing to learn
• Having a vehicle is an asset, if you don't have one you need to meet in Burnaby on the sky train line every working morning
• MUST be able to speak English
• MUST have a Fall Pro ticket
• MUST be able to lift more then 50 pounds
• MUST have PPE (steel toe boots, hivis vest, hard hat)
