Job Title: Groundsman / Arborist / Tree Climber – Tree Service
Location: Burnaby and various locations in the Lower Mainland
Wage: $26.00 per hour - wages will vary based on position, experience, work ethic, and climbing ability
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6 - 8 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:
Support tree climbers and crew with daily operations
Debris removal during tree work, chipping branches, and raking
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Load and unload equipment and tools
Drive trucks and haul trailers (if qualified)
Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other power tools
Operate or assist with bucket truck operations (if trained or qualified)
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:
Experience in tree work, arboriculture, or landscaping preferred but not required
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Must wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a hard hat and safety boots
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
