*** I am not interested in paying anyone money to try to find me a place.*** ( I have been getting such emails) I have strong references and am looking for a long term rental. I want to be no further east than Abbotsford. I am retired and my pug is well behaved too. I need 1 bedroom, the max I will pay is $940 including internet and TV and utilities and needs to have a shared washing machine at least. It must be self contained except for the washing machine. This means I don't share the bathroom or kitchen or bedroom. It needs to be a fenced back yard that my suite opens onto as well. I should add since I get quite a few people emailing me saying that this price is impossible. I have found that there are some vacancies that are west of Abbotsford for $940 all in. I am paying $853 now for all of that in Burnaby South but the house is much older than I want and has a very small bathroom and low ceilings. The other pic is much more recent. The house is over 80 years old and needs many repairs and is in big danger of being sold and it would be torn down if sold so I am being proactive to find a new home. My lease expires on December 31st.
