Looking for a room in a condo or a a studio (Burnaby)

I’m in my early 30s and I work full-time in building maintenance here in Coquitlam . I’m looking for a new place to rent, either a room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (ideally in a building with amenities like a gym), or a studio.
I’m clean, responsible, and respectful. I work Monday to Friday and usually spend most of my time at work. I don’t smoke or party, and I like to keep my living space tidy.
I’m hoping to find something in Burnaby, Lougheed, or Coquitlam, but I’m open to nearby areas as well. Move-in date is flexible.
