Seller to pay the $350 transfer tax (this is reflected in the already discounted price as Valley View is currently selling these for $5,100.)
However - if the seller makes pre-planned funeral arrangements on the SAME DAY as the transfer of ownership, Valleyview will waive this fee.
All transfer of ownership paperwork to be handled by Valley View.
I’ve priced this to sell, and there aren’t any like this one left - especially in the original Amble Lane which is now fully lush and green with mature landscaping and trees.
