Hi there, I'm selling a 36ft Uniflite 2 Cabins 2 bathrooms, 1976, with Liveboard Moorage in Richmond.
My loss is your gain. Due to a heart condition, our plans have changed, and we are selling our very well-maintained dream boat. This spacious double cabin, two-head boat has just undergone over $25,000 in professional restoration work, including complete structural repairs and new vinyl flooring throughout. Recent professional hull restoration was completed to marine industry standards by certified specialists. Both engines have been professionally compression tested with excellent results and start perfectly every time. Full documentation available for serious buyers. This vessel is move-in ready, and we're motivated to find her the right owner who will appreciate the quality workmanship we've invested.
Moored at 23,000 dike Road in east Richmond, you can live aboard in this beautiful spot. Ideal for couples and children. Schools, Walmart, bus, skytrain, and shopping all close by. Moorage is $725 per month. See link here for more details:

******** Additional Details ********
Unflite has a great reputation and was even building US Navy boats due to their solid fiberglass and bulletproof hulls/deck structures. Our ship's interior has changed, but the molds remain stock. The living room is cozy and wide and allows lots of light. The two decks above are spacious and ideal for lounging. The Salon is very comfortable with about 7' headroom, providing plenty of space. Plenty of room for table, chairs, and living room furniture. Furniture is not included in the main salon.
- There are two staterooms fore and aft., with two bathrooms and even a shower in one.
- Boat has GPS and VHF radios
- Galley is equipped with a 14 cf 120v household refrigerator (2013), a 3 Galley Maid burner stove with oven.
- Bridge Deck has seats for the pilot and an "L" shaped bench seating 3. The canvas/eisenglass enclosure is easily collapsed to reduce the air draft (2013). A cockpit cover fits over the collapsed enclosure.
- There are duel controls on the bridge deck and in the main salon, so you never have to be out in the wet or cold.
- The Sun Deck (which is my personal favorite place on the boat) has a fully enclosed area; perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

To view the boat, write us and we can have a showing and start the engine. Feel free to get it surveyed where it sits but we won't take it out of the water since there is no one competent to run it.
