You must have a pickup truck or flatbed truck to transport and bring a few guys to help lift the house portion. 4 guys should be able to lift including myself
I will remove the slides, stairs and swingset arm for transport. You should be able to transport with a pickup truck in 2 or 3 trips. A flat deck or cube van might do it in 1 trip
Your truck bed must be at least 39 inches wide for the main part of playhouse to lay in your truck and it should be strapped down with rachet straps
