Laundry tub bench by Beatty Bros. - $160 (New Westminster)

This bench or rack, I’m not sure which to call it, Falls flat as you can see in the pictures. It was apparently designed as a bench for putting a laundry tub on, or so I was told. If you know something different about it and can correct me, that would be great.
This pieces unmolested and just barely cleaned up so all the patina and wear and tear is original as found. Could be cleaned up a bit more and turned into a coffee table or completely refinished and restored. The folding mechanism works as is as to the wheels.
I inherited this piece and don’t know much else about it other than what I have stated above and that you can see in the pictures. If you know something about this unit or interested in purchasing, please reach out to me.
