Temporary Full-Time Receptionist
Location: Burnaby, BC
Schedule: January to June 2026
• Monday–Friday (Jan - Feb)
• Tuesday–Saturday (March–June)
We’re looking for a self-motivated, organized individual with an outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to join our team for the tax season. If you love keeping things neat and organized, if you pay attention to the details, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage 6 telephone lines
• Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience
• Accept and record incoming documents
• Pull and track client files
• Prepare and manage couriers
• Open and scan mail
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Canadian English, spoken and written
