We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist on a project for 6 months for our Downtown Vancouver client. The contract will start August 18 and may extend beyond 6 months.
Skills/Qualifications:
-One to two years administrative experience
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Must be able to prioritize and complete jobs in a timely and accurate
manner
-Possess strong multitasking skills
-Conscientious with a strong attention to detail
-Possess the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
-Demonstrate initiative and judgment
-Demonstrate good communication skills
$17-$20 per hour depending on experience.
