Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Mt. Seymour Resorts is a winter recreation area located in North Vancouver. We are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, results-orientated individual with strong interpersonal skills to succeed in the position of Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager.
This position will work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager to direct Mt. Seymour's sales and marketing efforts.
Duties will include developing a progressive and effective annual sales and markeging plan, identifying new markets and expanding exsisting ones, developing and maintaining customer database systems to track resort visits, developing and producing all sales collateral materials including brochures, mailers and website, developing corporate relationships, partnerships and sponsorships, coordinating resort events and maintaining good media relations with all local and industry media.

This is a full time seasonal position commencing in mid August and running until the end of May. We are ideally seeking someone who will be able to offer a 3 year commitment to the position, possibly moving into the role of Sales & Marketing Manager.

Candidates should be well organized with previous sales and marketing experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and recreation industry knowledge are also required.
