Federico's Supper Club, an award winning Italian fine dining and dance restaurant, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Garde Manger to join our successful team. The candidate should have at least 2 years experience as a Garde Manager in a high volume restaurant, and be available Wednesday - Sunday evenings.
