Our busy state-of-the- art Call Centre is growing and we’re looking to add some new PART-TIME stars to our Customer Care Team. If you are looking for a fun, open atmosphere where your expertise, enthusiasm and personality are encouraged and rewarded, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
-Answering inbound customer care calls
-Providing superior customer service
-Retaining existing customers
Required:
-A positive, self -starter attitude
-Patient and pleasant phone etiquette
-Previous customer service experience
-Good computer and technology skills
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Hours of operations: Mon – Fri 5:15AM to 7PM, Saturday 7AM to 4PM, Sunday 8AM to 4PM
Fluency in French is a major advantage and has a salary premium. Please specify if you are applying for part-time or full-time position in the subject line.
